Summary

The team re-opens the 1999, 2001, and 2003 pipe bombing incidents that killed two and blinded one victim. The serial bomber is still on the loose and ready to strike again as he missed his latest target.

I got an education... a good job... I tried to do good work, and in the end, it just doesn't matter. I'm disposable, like everything is now.

Scotty Valens is still having an affair with ADA Thomas but just asked her for a first date.
The case tore them apart and it seems in the end that Scotty breaks up with her.
