Moe is set free until his trial for attempted homicide on a police officer in May 2010.

Lilly prevents Kitchener from obtaining a loan and he reciprocates by filing a complaint.
About Lilly's car: Your car dried up or did they get you a new one?

7x13 Bombers
Moe has filed a criminal complaint against Lilly. She continues to stalk him outside of his favorite bar. He is later seen dead in his car, apparently killed by a gunshot to the head.

7x14 Metamorphosis
Moe's murder is investigated by the state police. Hank Butler comes forward and confesses the crime.
